Akia White is a native of Savannah, GA and graduated from Savannah State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. During her college career she served as a research intern for NASA in Washington, D.C. and NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) of Camp Springs, Maryland. She also attended Howard University of Washington, D.C. for her degree major as a part of her internship.
Upon her matriculation, she worked for various senior chemists in the Oleochemical Group as a scientist in the research and development lab at Arizona Chemical Company of International Paper. Her experience in industry has given her tremendous exposure to sales and marketing techniques, high-quality production, multi-tasking, and most important, successfully meeting the needs of clients. Because she is a Savannah native, she is very familiar with the community, in which she has volunteered time with such youth organizations as ORITA, Project YESS, and other church-based programs that meet the needs of our young people.
Akia realizes that with any real estate endeavor, the client’s trust is with the agent to act in his or her best interest and to be represented with honesty and integrity. As a realtor with Ben Farmer Realty, she fully respects that trust and looks forward to helping you meet all of your real estate needs.
